What's up, Sal? This is Vic's brother, Tyler. He told me about your site, so I thought I'd come check it out. This stuff is really cool, and it looks as though you have gotten pretty serious about it. My friend, Chase and I have been finding some really great places to harvest Choctaw arrowheads lately, here near Meridian, MS. Just a couple weeks ago, we were kayaking down the Chicksasawhay River and uncovered a logging token from the early 1900's in about a foot of water, then we spent a week on the net trying to figure out what it was! We've also been doing a little Geocaching.

I watched several of your episodes here. That's gotta be fun.

Anyway, I have been thinking about getting a metal detector and doing a little treasure hunting as well, any suggestions?

Tyler! Good to hear from you bud. Tesoro makes really high quality low priced detectors. If you are into searching for indian points, metal detecting would be right up your alley. Go back to that place where you found that token - odds are there are more good artifacts near there. Go over to my forum and post a pic of your points and that token. talk to you later.
