The Treasure Hunters - Episode 28

The Ice House Dig - Part 1

We arrived at the 1700s colonial homesite on a crisp Fall morning. Our mission was to locate the original ice house and begin excavations. In this episode we open up a promising hole containing tons of broken pottery and glass. Was it the site of the ice house? Time will tell. Hope y'all enjoy the hunt.

The Treasure Hunters - Episode 27

Relic Hunting - Tennessee Style

Sit back and enjoy Daniel Tn as he spends a beautiful fall day relic hunting in Tennessee. The site is just a small union camp that was used during the winter prior to Sherman's Atlanta campaign that started in spring 1864. This area has been hunted since after the Civil War and our camp sites are very small in size. So even if a spot has been relic hunted for years, you can still go and pull things out of the camp if you walk into one of those small 1000 SQ FT areas. It might not be much but sometimes it is. Till next time.
